Refund policy
Our refund and exchange policy is designed to offer customers complete assurance regarding products acquired from our store. If you encounter any issues with a purchased product, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to assist you with the problem.
A full refund will be issued for the orders cancelled before dispatch or returned unopened and unused within 14 days of delivery, in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
Customers will be responsible for all return and exchange shipping charges, as well as any applicable duties, taxes, and other associated charges. However, we regret that we cannot accept returns or cancellations of foodstuffs unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or cancellations for foodstuffs unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality. Free products are not exchangeable under any circumstance, and returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards. Please reach out if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. In any circumstance, free products are not exchangeable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
