Translated, the name Joongjak means 'picked in the middle of June'. This is a second flush tea that is roasted according to Korean tradition. The small, finely twisted leaf impresses with its dark green colour. When brewed, this tea shows a lemon-yellow cup colour and delights with a fruity flavour.
