JOONGJAK, Organic - means 'picked in the middle of June'. This is a second flush tea that is roasted according to Korean tradition. The small, finely twisted leaf impresses with its dark green colour. When brewed, this tea shows a lemon-yellow cup colour and delights with a fruity flavour.

Brewing:

Tea 12 g/l Water 70°C Time 1-2 min.

Store in a cool, dry, and dark place. Light, moisture, heat, and strong odors can damage the quality of the leaves.
