Description:

MAO FENG, Organic - A family-run company specialising in green tea with a small processing factory in the mountains, surrounded by tea fields. All the leaves are picked by hand and processed immediately in small batches. The name is a tribute to a newly erected 20-meter-high Buddha statue nearby. The influence of the Himalayas is also clearly noticeable in the tea.

Character: Tannic, tart, long-lasting, Caffeine (moderate).

Leaf: Tender, slightly twisted, needle-like leaves.

Brewing:

Tea  12 g/l Water 80°C Time 2-3 min.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry, and dark place. Light, moisture, heat, and strong odours can damage the quality of the leaves.
