Description

GYOKURO MIYAZAKI, Organic - After the new buds of the tea plant start to open, the whole field is covered with straw mats for about 20 days. These gardens are appropriately called 'ôishita-en' (gardens that are covered).

Ritual
Prepare Gyokuro Miyazaki slowly, using cooler water and a small serving vessel. Its concentrated flavour invites close attention, making it ideal for a mindful morning, focused work, or a quiet tea session when you want to appreciate every infusion.

Brewing

Tea 14 g/l Water 60°C Time 1-1.5 min.
