TAMARYOKUCHA, Organic - comes from Miyazaki Prefecture in Japan’s Kyūshū Island, a region celebrated for its pristine landscapes and exceptional green teas. Produced in relatively small quantities, its name beautifully reflects its character:
Tama (jewel) Ryoku (green) Cha (tea).
Unlike Sencha, which is shaped into straight, needle-like leaves, Tamaryokucha retains its natural form throughout processing. The result is a mid-green, gently curled leaf with a slightly rustic appearance, reminiscent of the classic “Chun Mee” style.
The aroma is grassy and fruity, while the cup reveals refreshing hints of lime. Smooth, nutty nuances combine with soft spinach-like notes, creating a vivid, well-rounded taste experience. Delicate, fresh, and subtly sweet, this rare tea offers a uniquely smooth and refined expression of Japanese green tea craftsmanship.
Character: Mild and smooth, less grassy and more fruity.

Tea 20g/l Water 70-80°C Time 1-3 min.
