Product: Original Japanese tetsubin by Traditional Craftsman Mr. Hisanori Masuda from Yamagata City, color Brown, with or without warmer.

Size: 200x160x180mm, capacity 1.5L, weight 2000 g

Description:

Every element of this kettle is carefully considered for both form and function. The handle, elegantly crafted in a bow-shaped design, perfectly complements the kettle's silhouette. At the same time, the copper lid knob intricately combines symbols of chrysanthemum, pine tree, split chrysanthemum, and gourd, seamlessly harmonizing with the overall design.

The hot water boiled in a cast iron kettle effectively removes nearly all chlorine from tap water, resulting in mild, odorless, and flavorful hot water.
Additionally, this hot water contains iron, offering the benefit of naturally acquiring this essential mineral for our bodies. Thus, you can relish delicious hot tea with a subtle infusion of beneficial iron.

Craftsmanship is at the core of the process. Each kettle undergoes a meticulous finishing journey, including an uncalcined treatment at 800 degrees, the application of an oxide film, and painstaking hand-painting with urushi brown lacquer—a tradition steeped in history and skill.

Care Instruction:

Please read the instructions attached before use.

Before 1st use, rinse the tetsubin with cool water and boil water several times to clean the kettle.
