JING SHUAN, Organic - An exclusive oolong tea specialty hailing from the highlands of northern Thailand, near the borders of Myanmar and Laos. Grown at altitudes ranging from 400 to 700 meters, this region’s unique climate- marked by consistent rainfall and surrounded by lush forests- creates ideal conditions for cultivating exceptional teas year-round. The leaves of this oolong are meticulously twisted into small, olive-green pearls that unfurl gracefully when brewed, revealing surprisingly long, slightly wavy leaves. The infusion yields a captivating melon-yellow liquor. The tea is renowned for its natural, soft-creamy sweetness and its fine floral notes reminiscent of orchids.
