Description

BEENG CHA, Organic - surrounded by original villages, deep in the mountains, this part was certified organic a few years ago. The tea material is aged for at least 1 year before it is pressed under pressure and steam to its classic form. The tea bushes are on average 30 years old. To prepare, simply break off the required amount and pour hot water over it.

Ritual
Brew Beeng Cha when you wish to slow down and give the tea time to reveal itself. Gently loosen a few leaves from the cake, rinse them briefly, and watch their character deepen through each infusion - a patient ritual shaped by warmth, time, and attention.

Tea  14 g/l Water 100°C Time 1-3 min.

Store in a cool, dry, and dark place. Light, moisture, heat, and strong odours can damage the quality of the leaves.
